The following conditions of sale are made between PHILOMUSA and any natural person or legal entity who would like to make a purchase on the website philomusa.com.

PRODUCTS
Products which Philomusa has to offer are shown in images on the website.
There may, for instance, be differences in color due to light conditions of photography.
However, know that they have walk through time, some patina, certain colors and shapes can present irregularities inherent from their vintage character or their artisanal method of manufacture.
All pieces are sold as is.

RATE
Prices indicated on philomusa.com are in Euros and includes EU taxes, these do not include shipping charges which are invoiced as extra expenses and will be display at checkout, depending on delivery address and weight/size of products.
Any import sales tax as well as any customs and processing charges on products being despatched into non-EU countries are not included and will have to be paid in your country before the delivery takes place.

Philomusa reserves the right to change the prices at any moment.

ORDER
In order to buy a product, you need to follow:

-Log in or Sign in to you account.
-Review your order and details.
-Make payment via Stripe, PayPal or Apple Pay.
-Confirm your order and payment.

Philomusa will immediately address an email with a receipt for each sale. An invoice will be delivered to you inside your order. Once the order is confirmed, the costs of every other tax relative to the shipping of the package will go under your cost.
We reserve the right to cancel any order from a buyer with whom a previous litigation occurred.
In the case of a mistake in the details of the recipient, the seller can’t be held as responsible for the impossibility to deliver the product.

PAYMENT

You can pay your order either by Stripe or Paypal.
In your bank or credit card statement the charge made by Philomusa will appear under the name of Philomusa.com.

DELAYS AND DELIVERY

Most items ship within 3-5 business days and are shipped by third parties, in EU countries will be delivered by NACEX and Spain national Post Office, outside EU may vary.
The order will be delivered 30 days top from the day that you confirm the order.
The products will be delivered at the address you indicated on the order details.

Philomusa will not be responsible for any delivery delays due to mistakes or disturbances from the transporter, or responsible for damage, theft, or any loss that occurs once it’s handed to the transporter.
Worldwide deliveries are available. however, the buyer pays the custom costs, VAT or any other taxes due to the importation of certain products in country of delivery. In case of refusal to pay the import custom taxes , we won’t be able to assure the repatriation of the package for any refunds of the order.
Each package that will be unable to delivered and needed to sent back to us, will be at the buyer's expense.

RETURN MODALITIES

Most sales are final. Items found here at Philomusa are vintage items that are in good or perfect conditions, but may show normal signs of wear-and-tear due to age. We make a conscious effort to point out any obvious flaws. Please be sure to read descriptions very clearly before purchasing and/or message us with any questions.
Due to the nature of selling used and vintage goods, we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges. Please contact us at hello@philomusa.com if there is something that you are truly unhappy with, we will always work with you to find a solution.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Each element of philomusa.com is exclusive property. Nobody is allowed to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast or use in any capacity, even partially in any other space.
